WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST TIME HERE? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED.
Do I need to dress up?
Not at all! Come as you are. Since we gather outdoors, many people dress casually—even in comfortable walking or jogging clothes. We care more about meeting you than what you’re wearing.
Where do I park?
Each week’s gathering location has convenient public parking. We’ll provide parking details and directions with each Sunday’s location announcement.
What about my children?
Children are always welcome! We provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and feel part of our church family.
How long is the service?
Our Sunday gathering lasts about 75 minutes, followed by coffee, bread, fellowship, and an opportunity to meet new friends.
Will someone greet me?
Absolutely! Our Welcome Team will be there to greet you, answer your questions, and help you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Can I just observe?
Of course! There’s absolutely no pressure to participate. Feel free to simply come, observe, and get to know us at your own pace.
What kind of church is Awesome Journey Church?
We are an evangelical, non-denominational Christian church committed to helping people discover Jesus, grow in faith, serve others, and impact the world with His love.

Do I have to give or become a member?
No. Your visit is our gift to you. There is never any obligation to give, join, or become a member. We simply invite you to come, experience our church family, and take your next step when you’re ready.
Why do you meet in different locations?
Because we believe the church is people—not a building. Meeting in parks, lakesides, and community spaces allows us to bring hope, build relationships, enjoy God’s creation, and make Jesus known throughout our community. Our location may change, but our mission remains the same.
